I started the real estate business during a historic market crash, which left many Arizona homeowners horribly upside down and in need to quickly get out of potential financial crisis. I adapted to this quick shift in the Arizona market and successfully negotiated scores of short sale transactions, thus saving homes from foreclosure so my clients could once again become home owners without years and years of waiting. Concurrently, I assisted many buyers, who were lucky enough to purchase homes in a down market thus profiting greatly and later becoming repeat clients.

I understand that buying a home is stressful if you don’t have the right agent by your side, walking you through the process step by step, offering valuable resources during your due diligence period, and also advising for future resale success.
